While an action camera delivers ultra wide angle to capture unique realistic scene, angle of view underwater narrows down dramatically due to different refraction ratio between air and water.
For example, when GoPro® HERO13 Black is submerged, angle of view will narrow down to 94° making it difficult to benefit action camera's ultra wide angle imaging. Also subjects in close range (within approx. 60cm/2ft in theory for HERO13 Black) are out of focus since majority of action cameras is a deep focus camera (fixed focal length) which prevents it from using for underwater macro imaging.
The INON "UFL-G140 SD" underwater semi-fisheye conversion lens provides nearly same wide coverage as using action camera standalone on land to enjoy capturing wild marine scene.
The INON "UCL-G165 II" underwater wide close-up lens enables you to shoot subject from close range of the lens to capture the subject larger in a frame.

Underwater, it's hard to get a satisfactory shot of a shy marine life. This selfie set is an item enabling you to get one step closer to such a shy subject. The "Carbon Telescopic Arm" is adjustable in length to suit your needs, so you can extend it to the limit when shooting marine life or taking selfies, and retract it to make it compact for easy carrying. An optional "Float Tube" is exclusively designed for the Carbon Telescopic Arm to make underwater weight nearly neutral even with a lens being attached to benefit comfortable shooting with outstretched arms for extended period of time.

The "SD Front Mask" enables to attach compact INON wet lens specially designed for an action camera: underwater semi-fisheye lens "UFL-G140 SD" which weighs approx. 300 g/10.6 oz. on land ,153 g/5.4 oz. underwater and wide close-up lens "UCL-G165 II" which weighs approx. 200 g/7.1 oz. on land , 121 g/4.3 oz. underwater making it very convenient to carry around.
The INON "UFL-G140 SD" enables you to enjoy high quality and unprecedented angle of view for shooting marine life and selfies while "UCL-G165 II" provides ideal angle of view specifically for biological imaging to balance a subject and surrounding environment.
Large knob for stable shooting even underwater
The camera body can be tilted by water current when swimming due to the weight of the lens, but a specifically designed fixing knob (comes with "SD Front Mask for HERO9", "SD Front Mask for HERO8" and "Ball Adapter for GoPro") won't have this problem. You can secure the camera body by using the fixing knob for stable shooting even underwater where unexpected force can easily be applied. When using the "Ball Adapter for GoPro", the camera can be fixed vertically against arm orientation.

Versatility to use on land as well as underwater
The "Ball Adapter for GoPro" is an adapter to add a GoPro standard mount to the ball joint of a compatible arm. Not only for GoPro housings and INON SD Front Masks, but also for GoPro cameras that originally come with a GoPro mount on the bottom, such as “GoPro® HERO8 Black” , “GoPro® HERO9 Black” , “GoPro® HERO10 Black” , “GoPro® HERO11 Black” , “GoPro® HERO12 Black” and “GoPro® HERO13 Black”. An eyelet is conveniently equipped to attach a commercially available lanyard. With the "Ball Adapter for GoPro" you can use not only for diving but also for various scenes including snorkeling without a housing.

360° Panorama Video
Underwater 360°panoramic movie with UFL-G140 SD by Makoto Hirose/SeaPics Japan. Six GoPro® cameras with INON UFL-G140 SD lenses are mounted on a customized mount called "rig". The movie is created by stitching all clips by using specific editing application for 360°panoramic movie. Without INON UFL-G140 SD, it is not possible to create such a natural panoramic movie as angle of view of GoPro® camera underwater is not as wide as on land showing up seams between clips. You can move viewpoint anywhere you like by dragging your mouse over the movie.
